The concept was that people would tweet in embarrassing or failing job search stories and we would select the best of the submitted tweets and animate a spot of them. The tweets were great and I directed a team of great animators who together made a bunch of great content. I storyboarded all of the spots and came up with the visual style and music selection as well as animation on several spots.
